POLYGON

A polygon in a 2D shape formed by straight line segments that are joined to create a
closed figure .
Eg : triangle , square , rectangle , pentagon etc

PROPERTIES OF POLYGON

Polygon have sides (straight lines),vertical (corners),and angle (interior and exterior )
The sum of the interior angles depends on the number of sides , calculate as ;
Sum of interior angles =(n-2)x180^o
Where n is the number of sides

Regular polygon :
All sides and angle are equal (eg, Equilateral triangle )
Irregular polygon :
Sides and angle are not equal (eg; scalene triangle)
